Clinical Pilates

There is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to your physical health.

At Form Fit we provide Clinical exercises and Pilates in Parramatta that are tailored and monitored under the guidance of highly qualified professionals and practitioners with a focus on rehabilitation and prevention.

We are equipped with a wide range of Pilates equipment and gear to make injury rehabilitation safe, challenging but at the same time fun.

We will work alongside your Allied Health professional or Medical Practitioner to ensure you receive the best care possible.

If you have an injury and you are not currently receiving treatment, our practitioners will provide an assessment to determine the best Clinical Pilates treatment for you.

Initial Assessment - with a practitioner

Our Form Fit Clinical Pilates program in Parramatta begins with an assessment with one of our professionals.

The assessment will involve an in-depth history taking and a physical assessment to determine any weaknesses that will need to be addressed in your classes.

Your second and third sessions will also be private consults with our practitioners, where you will be introduced to our equipment and you will learn all the basics such how to engage your core and pelvic floor, breath control etc

Group Classes - with a highly qualified instructor

Following your private consults with our practitioner, you will then have the option on joining a class or continuing private consults.

All our classes are semi Private, which means we have a maximum of four clients in each class. This allows us to closely supervise you to help you improve your technique and posture. 

Our group classes aim to:

  • Body awareness
  • Improve joint mobility

We also offer private sessions if you are looking for 1:1 attention.
